We report all the results to you and advise on budget forecasts to replace old hardware, licensing costs to upgrade software, or just conform to legal requirements. All this information is also available on our online customer portal along with all other documentation.

SMARTit also supply hardware and software, so if you're looking to replace computers, printers, screens, etc, we can manage this and update your contract as the new equipment is installed.

With all of our contracts you will be allocated an account manager who is available to deal with all your IT questions and needs. Your account manager will make regular visits to your site to feedback statistics of your calls and review your contract. In addition, if you are looking for assistance with technical projects, SMARTit can prepare project plans with costing's and support the finished installations.

Our Full Cover Contracts start from as little as £130 p/m, less than 2 hours at normal labour rate. We will also give you the first 2 months at a reduced rate so you get to know us.
