<p>SMART IT has been trading since 2005 with continuous growth. The founder and director Richard Monckton, started his IT working life for a PC and Server manufacturer – building, testing, repairing, upgrading and supporting systems. He moved to L’Oreal as their IT manager, having the responsibility over large budgets, enterprise systems and projects. After many years, he left L’Oreal to head up a technical team within a computer support company near London and after witnessing many issues with the support systems and procedures, he resolved to start his own company</p>
