Business Support Contracts

We know how important your computer systems are to the running of your company. Server failure or data loss can be catasrophic to any company, desktop PC's fail and users sometimes accidentally delete data. With our business support contracts we can provide you with peace of mind, secure in the knowledge that whatever IT problem you have, we will have an appropriate solution . Our contracts are fixed fee labour with unlimited support for every item within your service contract.

Hardware Repairs

We are experts at repairing desktop and laptop PC's of all makes and models, printers, monitors, power supplies, and even high end server mainboards to component level; a service offered by very few companies. 

Software Expertise

Our qualified software experts can provide support for any PC and server operating system, including Linux, Mac OS and of course the full range of WIndows Server and Desktop Operating Systems.

Virus and Malware Removal

Most virus and malware infections can be removed remotely. We have a fixed charge for this service, no matter how long it takes. If an infection cannot be remotely removed, we will collect the PC, bring it back to our workshop and remove the infection. Once this is done we will perform any critical security updates, advise on the best Antivirus solution for your needs to minimize the chances of re-infection and return the PC to you.

Remote Support

In our experience, over 90% of our users problems can be resolved without even visiting their premises! We have an ad-hoc support system for customers without contract that will enable us to remote control your computer and fix most faults. We have a fixed charge for this, and this service is ideal for home users.

For our contract customers we would normally install a dedicated remote support system on all the supported PC's and Servers, giving us secure, encrypted remote access, and enabling us to work on the PC without user intervention, any time of the day or night. This provides our customers with the most flexibility especially for any out of hours support required. All contract remote work is subject to a confidentiality contract, and is carried out only by senior engineers.
